4. Product Application & Legal Compliance

The purchaser expressly represents and warrants to blueskypeptides.us.com that they will properly test, use, manufacture, and market any products purchased from our website (and/or materials produced with our products) in accordance with the practices of a reliable, experienced professional, and in strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

The purchaser realizes that since our products are intended solely for research purposes, they may not be on the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) inventory listing. The purchaser assumes responsibility to assure that the products purchased from us are approved for use under TSCA, if applicable.

5. No Human Consumption or Recreational Use

No products purchased from blueskypeptides.us.com shall, unless otherwise stated, be considered to be foods, drugs, medical devices, or cosmetics. ALL products and services offered are for RESEARCH purposes ONLY.

Under NO circumstances should any of these materials be used for recreational purposes or human consumption. Blueskypeptides.us.com is NOT liable for any damages that may be caused by negligence, abuse, or any other unforeseen matters resulting from the misuse of these research chemicals.

6. Communication and Account Terminations

All users of blueskypeptides.us.com are required to fully understand that any communication (via email, contact form, or phone) which leads us to believe that you will use these products in a manner other than that which they are intended will result in a refusal to sell alert being emailed to you and placed on your account. Your order will be canceled. We absolutely will not tolerate the misuse of our platform or the products contained herein.
