At Blue Sky Peptides, we are committed to supplying the scientific community with the highest quality research chemicals. Because our products consist of highly sensitive molecular structures, we enforce a strict quality control protocol to ensure the integrity of our supply chain.

Research Outcomes & Product Degradation

All products sold by Blue Sky Peptides are intended strictly for laboratory research and development purposes. Because experimental variables are entirely under the control of the researcher, we cannot guarantee specific research outcomes.

Furthermore, lyophilized peptides and research liquids are highly susceptible to sudden degradation if they are improperly handled, reconstituted, or stored outside of a controlled laboratory environment. Because we cannot verify how a product was handled once it leaves our facility, we are unable to restock or resell any items that have been in a purchaser’s possession.

7-Day Return Window

If there is a verifiable error or issue with the product you received, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. All return requests are subject to strict review by our quality control team.

Approved returns are eligible for:

• A full refund (minus the original shipping charges).
• An exchange for a product of equal or lesser value.

To initiate a return: You must contact our customer support team at sales@blueskypeptides.us.com  before sending any items back to our facility. Unauthorized returns mailed directly to us without prior approval will be securely disposed of and will not be eligible for a refund.

Order Cancellations

If your research parameters change and you need to cancel an order, you may do so as long as the package has not yet shipped.

To cancel an order, please email sales@blueskypeptides.us.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been packed and handed over to the shipping carrier, it can no longer be canceled and falls under our standard 7-day return policy.

Fraud Prevention & Chargebacks

We take the security of our inventory and our merchant accounts very seriously. To prevent fraudulent claims regarding missing items or damaged vials, all outgoing orders are thoroughly documented and photographed by our fulfillment team immediately prior to shipment.

Any fraudulent credit card chargebacks or deceptive claims will result in immediate and permanent account restrictions, a ban from the Blue Sky Peptides platform, and potential further action to recover lost assets.
